Return & Refund Policy

Because all Girl Pit products are made to order, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Items
All of our apparel and merchandise is produced specifically for you after you place your order. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or order errors on your part.
We strongly encourage you to review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at girlpitworldwide@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at girlpitworldwide@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
4. Rush Orders
If you requested a rush order (via checkout note) and we are unable to meet your deadline, please contact us. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
