1. About Us
Girl Pit is a merch brand and music festival collective based in Los Angeles, California, operated as a sole proprietorship. We sell apparel and merchandise through this website.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California and any other applicable states, in accordance with state law.
- We accept payment through WooPay. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will provide a full refund if we do so.
3. Made to Order & Production Times
All Girl Pit products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production, plus additional time for shipping. This timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
If you need a rush order, please note this in the comments at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you — but cannot guarantee rush delivery.
4. Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they leave our hands. Please contact the carrier directly for shipping issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. As a general rule, all sales are final for made-to-order items, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and product images — is the property of Girl Pit or its collaborators (including Kari Schrode / Cozy x Dope) and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
7. Charitable Contributions
We state on certain product pages that a percentage of profits supports United We Dream. This contribution is made at our discretion based on net profits after costs. We will honor this commitment for all products where it is stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girl Pit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
